a little bit about me...
What started out as a hobby has grown into much more. I have grown up taking pictures of my family and as I had my own children that obsession became a passion. I hope to capture in your family what I want to see in my own family. Moments exposed in time that will become treasured pieces of tomorrow.
Simple, that is me. The best pictures just happen, they aren't planned. Sometimes it may include a frown, tears, or a scowl on your little ones face. Just relax and enjoy the moment.
For me, a truly great picture just begins with the exposure. After your session, I will spend several hours in my digital darkroom making sure that each photo is just right. Only then, do I consider a photo as being finished. I want to provide you with memories that will bring a smile to your face and warm your heart for years to come.
I'm a mom as well as a photographer. I love babies and kids - and I also know that sometimes you have to be patient, creative, and flexible when photographing kids. I want our sessions to be fun for everyone! Whether our session is in the studio, up at my alma mater at Southwestern University, or down at Zilker or one of Austin's other great outdoor locations, I am committed to capturing your family's best moments.
